Loena is a wealth of knowledge and information. I thought I was nutrition savvy, but on our consult alone, I learned so much. She is passionate about what she does, and is passionate about getting this information in front of parents. It’s 100% worth your time to talk to her, you’ll be thankful you did!

Just finished reading “5 Reasons You Dread School Mornings” by Loena Rodgers and what a motivating read. Every mom deserves to be praised and I recommend the book to everybody.

Prompt, fresh and so, so tasty and filling. I’m a sucker for any kind of sandwich on a croissant and these do not disappoint. I tried the Meat Beet. Excellent egg:meat:veg ratios. Great flavor profile. The cilantro spread is light and herbaceous without taking over the other flavors. Leona is a delight and I look forward to many more sandwiches from her. Totally made my morning
