I appreciate the tapping experience and the flower essence remedy information you shared during our session. I found and purchased it shortly after our session and have been using it daily. I felt a lightness after our session that I cannot quite put words to but it feels calming and good in my body. I was able to move forward this week through a fear/block I was struggling with and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I just love when that happens!
